Sweet Home Mississippi

Well... now that Ray and I have been married for 5 months, I decided to start our blog (or pick up where Hillary left off). This is my first time blogging, so I am still trying to figure everything out!

Ray and I just moved from Nashville back to Mississippi. We are both from Tupelo, so we were happy to move back to our home state. We are now living in Madison. Ray got a new territory with his company at the end of July. Luckily, we sold our house in 15days and found a house here to buy a couple of weeks later. We moved at the beginning of October.

Ray and I loved living in Nashville and hated to leave a city that has so much to offer. We decided to squeeze in as much as we could during our last weekend there. On Saturday night we went with our friends Katie and Brad Winstead to the Grand Ole Opry. Keith Urban (my favorite) was perforning. Dierks Bentley also made a surprise appearance. On Sunday, we were able to catch one more Titans game. They were playing the Minnesota Vikings. The Titans won the game and remained undefeated. Then, Monday morning rolled around and the movers came to load up the truck. We drove to Jackson Tuesday, and the movers came Wednesday morning.

We have already gotten to see our family a lot more than we did in Nashville. My cousin Sarah was on homecoming court at Madison Central the Friday after we moved, so my dad's family was in town. On Sunday we went to Tupelo for my mom's family reunion. Then, my mom came to Madison last week and helped unpack the boxes. We still had wedding gifts to unpack! This past weekend, Ray and I made a trip to Starkville for the State vs Vandy game. Friday night we went to Anthony's with some of my best friends from college. Go dawgs! I'll post pictures when I figure out how to do that!
